20th Anniversary
Annual Scholarship Awards Ball
 
The Association of Black Law Enforcers is pleased to invite you to our 20th Anniversary of our Annual Scholarship Awards Ball.  This year’s event will be held on May 12th, 2012 at the Le Parc Dining and Banquet Hall, 8432 Leslie Street, Thornhill, Ont
Cocktails will be served at 6:30pm and Dinner at 7:30pm. Tickets are $130.00 each.
 
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the organization and the Annual Scholarship Awards Ball. We endeavour to mark this monumental milestone with a grand celebration.  The event will host a variety of special presentations, a 4-course dinner will be served and an exciting entertainment package for your pleasure.
 
Scholarship applications are available to students who are interested in careers in Law Enforcement Applications and other information can be found on under the Scholarship section of the website.  

This will be an excellent opportunity to network with members of our multicultural community. Get your tickets early as this will be a guaranteed sell out.

Peter Butler III - Rose Fortune Scholarship Recipients
 
The Scholarship Program was created by ABLE in order to recognize the contribution of the first Canadian black law enforcers, Rose Fortune (1774-1864) and Peter C. Butler III (1859-1943). By awarding these scholarships, A.B.L.E. assists black and visible minority youth to achieve their educational goals while making a positive contribution to society.
